Once upon a time not long ago there was a chef that became bored with her same daily and monthly menu. The same food year around was not a thing. So she took her team and created The Shack. Were they love diversity and exploring the world around us all. Providing exquisite service alongside exceptional food. She began to embark on a new wave. A new meal daily and a new menu monthly.
Since
2015
From a young age I have always been cooking or in the kitchen with my mother and brother. As role models for me they inspired me to be creative with the food items I produce. After graduating high school in 2015, I started a small catering business in my hometown. 15 Kay's hosted many events until I permanently relocated to Charlotte. As I explored Queen City I seen a lot of diversity. Though I could not find one restaurant that included all the diversity. So I created The Shack, something new everyday, every month.
